Our Founder


During the 2020 pandemic, I discovered my passion for baking while baking cakes for my daughter. What began as an act of love became my calling.

In 2021, I started selling cakes, tres leches, and desserts in a glass on the streets of the Bronx, NY, where the response was so positive that I decided to start my own business and turned my hobby into a small business.

To perfect my technique, I took private classes with renowned Dominican pastry chefs in New York. Later, I moved to Orlando, FL, where I reinvented my brand and expanded my reach by shipping my tinned cakes nationwide, including Puerto Rico.

Today, with the same passion, I run Lecker Bakery, sharing my love of Dominican cake with authentic flavor lovers across the United States.
