Lecker Bakery operates as an online bakery, allowing us to bring our artisanal cakes directly to your door.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all of the United States, including Puerto Rico.
What products do you offer?
We offer artisanal Dominican cakes, made with high-quality ingredients and lots of love.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free products?
We do not currently offer vegan or gluten-free options.
Are your products handmade?
Yes, all of our products are 100% handmade. We take pride in crafting each piece with love to ensure the best flavor and experience.
How do I place an order?
You can place your weekly order through our website. Orders must be placed by midnight each Sunday.
When are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped every Tuesday.
When can I pick up my order?
Pickups are made on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. We also schedule times based on your needs and our availability.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times may vary by location. However, to ensure our customers receive fresh products, all our shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days, or via UPS Second Day Air, with guaranteed delivery within 2 days.
Does the shipping cost vary?
No. All shipments have fixed rates based on the destination state.
Can I make a custom order?
We do not currently offer custom orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and more.
Do you offer local delivery options?
Yes, we offer local delivery for a fee of $1.50 per mile. We also offer pickup if you prefer to pick up your order.
Do you have a return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
How do you ensure that the cake arrives in good condition?
We carefully package each cake and use expedited shipping to ensure it arrives fresh and in optimal condition.
