Where are you located?
We are located in Orlando, Florida.
Do you have a physical store location?
No, we do not have a physical store. Lecker Bakery operates as an online bakery, allowing us to deliver our handmade treats directly to your doorstep.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all of the United States, including Puerto Rico.
What products do you offer?
We offer New York-style cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and cakes, all handmade with high-quality ingredients.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free products?
Currently, we do not offer vegan options. but we do have a gluten free classic chocolate chip cookie.
Are your products handmade?
Yes, all our products are 100% handmade. We take pride in crafting each item with love to ensure the best possible taste and experience.
How do I place an order?
You can place your weekly order through our website. Orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight.
When are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped on Mondays.
When can I pick up my order?
If you're ordering cookies, you can pick them up on Fridays between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. or Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. For custom orders, we schedule pick up times base on your needs and our availability.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times may vary depending on
the location. However, to ensure our customers receive fresh products, all our shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail, typically taking 1-3 business days.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes, we accept custom orders for pick-up only. Please contact us with your specific needs, and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards,
PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and more.
Do you offer local delivery options?
Yes, we do offer local delivery at a rate of $2 per mile. We also have a pick-up option available if you'd prefer to collect your order.
Do you have a return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve it.
